My work is about empowering people to empower themselves to live complete lives both personally and professionally. I embrace the belief that by choice, people may put themselves in the right place and space for growth. I have dedicated my life toward that end in the development of human potential through my work as a coach and teacher. I have also worked in the high tech and pharmaceutical fields. Through the work of coaching, I have come full circle to combine my educational and life experiences in a way that allows me to live my passion of working with thought leaders from all walks of life.

My ideal client is a person who is interested in learning through traditional and non-traditional formats and settings. The client believes that optimal growth and innovation occurs through collaboration. They recognize this growth is enhanced through visioning, developing objectives, implementing strategies and setting goals. My ideal client is concerned with the whole person - the mental, the spiritual and the physical. In addition, they live with the view that it is just as important to give as it is to receive.

My key strengths are: motivating and inspiring those around me, listening with my heart and mind, collaborative creating and assisting people in completing their dreams.

My educational background includes degrees in theology and law with a Bachelor of Arts from Loma Linda University, a Master of Divinity from Andrews University Theological Seminary and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina. I am an ordained minister and licensed attorney, and continue to receive ongoing coach training from Corporate Coach U and Coach U.
