What coaching is not? Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. My focus as your coach is to work with you on improving your life now. Our time is not spent focusing on your past regrets and emotional issues, but rather focusing on your efforts to make a choice to live your life in the present.

Why does coaching work? Coaching works because you have a collaborator who believes in you and works with you on an ongoing basis to keep you focused on what it is you want to accomplish. It allows you to systematically stay on top of the goals, plans and strategies that you have developed.

Coaching uses the following tools: discovery questioning, creative visualization, goal setting, strengths inventory assessment, outrageous requesting, strategy development work, contextual listening, gap bridging, goal-setting and celebrating what is.
